About the NGO

Triumph of Hope Foundation was born from a shared vision among its founders to create lasting social impact. Incorporated on December 5, 2025, as a non-profit under Section 8 of the Companies Act, 2013, we received our Certificate of Incorporation from the Ministry of Corporate Affairs (CIN: U88100MH2025NPL462063, PAN: AAMCT5232A, TAN: PNET21704E). On December 24, 2025, we achieved NGO Darpan registration (ID: MH/2025/0935615), marking our commitment to transparency and accountability.

Headquartered in Kalimati, Amgaon, Gondia, Maharashtra, we are a company limited by shares with a share capital of Rs. 100,000, dedicated solely to charitable purposes. Our founders, drawing from personal experiences in self-employment and community service, established this foundation to address pressing issues like poverty, health disparities, and environmental degradation. We are excited to build partnerships and launch programs that will transform lives.
